This is very good! I made this for Billy one night when we were dating several years ago. I have made it several times since then. Billy LOVES it!
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1 onion (chopped)
- garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. velveeta cheese (cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup milk
- corn tortillas
Instructions
- Brown meat and drain.
- Put soup, milk, and cheese in a saucepan.
- Warm until cheese melts.
- Add ground meat to soup mixture.
- Grease casserole dish.
- Layer starting with torn corn tortillas and ending with soup mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
