Onion-Topped Sausage and Potato Dinner

List of Ingredients
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (1 to 1 1/4 lb.) frozen potato wedges (she used the seasoned ones)
- 1 cup frozen cut green beans (thawed and drained)
- 8 oz. fully cooked smoked sausage
- 1 cup French fried onion rings
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 11 X 7 or 2 quart baking dish.
- Combine soup, sour cream, and 1 cup cheese.
- Stir in potatoes, green beans, and sausage.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Cover and bake 45-55 minutes or until bubbly around edges and potatoes are tender.
- Top with onion rings and remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until onion rings are golden brown.
