    Pork Chop and Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 to 4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
    • 1 onion, thinly sliced
    • 4 to 6 pork chops, browned
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • garlic salt
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2 soup can of milk


    Instructions


    1. Place potatoes in greased casserole dish and arrange onions on top.
    2. Place pork chops on top of potatoes and onions.
    3. Season potatoes and chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
    4. Mix soup with milk and pour over all.
    5. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
