Tater Tot Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 cans green beans (French style), drained
- 2 sm. cans mushrooms, drained
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - 32 oz. bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Cook chuck and onion until browned.
- Drain.
- Place meat mixture on bottom of 13 X 9 casserole dish.
- Combine green beans, mushrooms, and soup.
- Pour over meat mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Top with single layer of tater tots.
- Do not cover.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
