    Billy got this recipe from a former co-worker at Campbell Soup. It is REALLY good!!


    List of Ingredients


    • sprinkle to taste chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, black pepper
    • 1 arm roast
    • 1 cup dry pinto beans
    • 1 cup onion, chopped
    • 1 can green chilies, undrained
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 2 cans diced rotel tomatoes, undrained
    • 1 can water
    • flour tortillas


    Instructions


    1. Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Sprinkle in to taste chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, and black pepper.
    3. Put in the pot in this order: arm roast, pinto beans (washed, but not soaked), chopped onion, green chilies, cream of mushroom soup, rotel tomatoes, and water.
    4. Do not mix.
    5. Cover and cook on slow or low for 16 hours.
    6. Do not peek.


    Final Comments


    Serve with flour tortillas, cheese, onion, guacamole, etc.
