Billy got this recipe from a former co-worker at Campbell Soup. It is REALLY good!!
List of Ingredients
- sprinkle to taste chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, black pepper
- 1 arm roast
- 1 cup dry pinto beans
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can green chilies, undrained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans diced rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can water
- flour tortillas
Instructions
- Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle in to taste chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, and black pepper.
- Put in the pot in this order: arm roast, pinto beans (washed, but not soaked), chopped onion, green chilies, cream of mushroom soup, rotel tomatoes, and water.
- Do not mix.
- Cover and cook on slow or low for 16 hours.
- Do not peek.
Final Comments
Serve with flour tortillas, cheese, onion, guacamole, etc.
