    Slow Cooker Lasagna

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 large onion , chopped (I don't use this)
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced or equivalent garlic powder
    • 1- 29 oz. can tomato sauce
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. dried oregano
    • 1 pkg. 8 oz. noodles
    • 4 cups (16 oz.) mozzarella cheese
    • 1 1/2 cup (12 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. In skillet, cook beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned.
    2. Drain.
    3. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, and oregano.
    4. Mix well.
    5. Spread 1/4 mixture into ungreased crockpot.
    6. Arrange 1/3 of the noodles over the meat mixture, breaking them if necessary.
    7. Combine the cheeses. Spoon 1/3 of cheese mixture over the noodles.
    8. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining meat sauce.
    9. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
