Slow Cooker Lasagna

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion , chopped (I don't use this)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or equivalent garlic powder
- 1- 29 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 pkg. 8 oz. noodles
- 4 cups (16 oz.) mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cup (12 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In skillet, cook beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned.
- Drain.
- Add tomato sauce, water, salt, and oregano.
- Mix well.
- Spread 1/4 mixture into ungreased crockpot.
- Arrange 1/3 of the noodles over the meat mixture, breaking them if necessary.
- Combine the cheeses. Spoon 1/3 of cheese mixture over the noodles.
- Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining meat sauce.
- Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
