    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1 stick margarine
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 2 sticks margarine, melted
    • 4-5 bananas
    • 1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    • 9 oz. carton cool whip
    • small jar maraschino cherries
    • chocolate syrup
    • 3/4 to 1 cup chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of margarine together.
    2. Pack into bottom of 9 X 13 casserole dish.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
    4. Cool completely.
    5. Beat 2 eggs, powdered sugar, and 2 sticks of melted margarine together until fluffy (about 10-15 minutes).
    6. Spread over cooled crust.
    7. Slice bananas and place on top of first layer.
    8. Drain pineapple completely. (She gently mashed on the pineapple to make sure it is well drained.)
    9. Pour over bananas.
    10. Top bananas and pineapple with cool whip, making sure to seal around edges to lock out all air.
    11. Sprinkle pecans on top of cool whip.
    12. Arrange cherries as desired.
    13. Drizzle syrup over the top to make irresistable.
