Banana Split Dessert

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 4-5 bananas
- 1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 9 oz. carton cool whip
- small jar maraschino cherries
- chocolate syrup
- 3/4 to 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of margarine together.
- Pack into bottom of 9 X 13 casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Beat 2 eggs, powdered sugar, and 2 sticks of melted margarine together until fluffy (about 10-15 minutes).
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Slice bananas and place on top of first layer.
- Drain pineapple completely. (She gently mashed on the pineapple to make sure it is well drained.)
- Pour over bananas.
- Top bananas and pineapple with cool whip, making sure to seal around edges to lock out all air.
- Sprinkle pecans on top of cool whip.
- Arrange cherries as desired.
- Drizzle syrup over the top to make irresistable.
