Recipe Introduction


This is very much a favorite of our whole family. We like to make this often around Labor Day, Memorial Day, and July Fourth.





List of Ingredients



• 6 eggs
  
• 3 cup sugar
  
• 3 can milk (evaporated)
  
• 3 cans water
  
• 3/4 pt. whipping cream
  
• 4 Tbsp. vanilla
  
• 2 boxes junket ice cream mix
  
• salt
  






Instructions



1. Separate egg whites.
   
2. Beat egg whites until foamy.
   
3. Add sugar slowly.
   
4. Then, add yolks and liquids.
   
5. Add vanilla.
   
6. Pour into ice cream container.
   
7. Fill up to the line with milk.
   
8. Put top on and plug in.
   
9. Layer with ice and salt.
