Beef Noodle Dinner

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 6 beef bouillon cubes, crumbled
- 4 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- lg. pkg. uncooked noodles
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start heating water for the noodles.
- Meanwhile in large skillet, brown beef. Drain off fat.
- Stir in crumbled bouillon cubes, ketchup, parsley, and garlic powder into beef.
- Cook on low heat, stirring for a few minutes.
- Set aside.
- Cook noodles according to directions on package.
- Drain. Add beef mixture and mixed vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste.
