    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. ground beef
    • 6 beef bouillon cubes, crumbled
    • 4 Tbsp. ketchup
    • 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    • lg. pkg. uncooked noodles
    • 2 cans mixed vegetables
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Start heating water for the noodles.
    2. Meanwhile in large skillet, brown beef. Drain off fat.
    3. Stir in crumbled bouillon cubes, ketchup, parsley, and garlic powder into beef.
    4. Cook on low heat, stirring for a few minutes.
    5. Set aside.
    6. Cook noodles according to directions on package.
    7. Drain. Add beef mixture and mixed vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste.
