Recipe Introduction
I got this recipe from Raquel Whatley. She is the lady that used to take care of Allison in her home while I worked at a preschool in Paris. This brisket is GREAT!!
List of Ingredients
- brisket
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. worsceshestire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wrap brisket in foil and cook for 4-5 hours at 250 degrees.
- Then, open foil and pour off most of the juice.
- Pour sauce mixture over brisket and cook at 300 degrees for about 2 more hours or until tender.
