    I got this recipe from Raquel Whatley. She is the lady that used to take care of Allison in her home while I worked at a preschool in Paris. This brisket is GREAT!!


    List of Ingredients


    • brisket
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup vinegar
    • 1 cup ketchup
    • 1 Tbsp. mustard
    • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    • 1 Tbsp. worsceshestire sauce
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Wrap brisket in foil and cook for 4-5 hours at 250 degrees.
    2. Then, open foil and pour off most of the juice.
    3. Pour sauce mixture over brisket and cook at 300 degrees for about 2 more hours or until tender.
    4. Enjoy!
