Meat Pie

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2.3 cup chopped celery
- 1 lg. carrot (grated)
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup romano or parmesan cheese (grated)
- salt, pepper, and pinch of red pepper
- 2 prepared pie crust
Instructions
- Brown meat in olive oil.
- Add onion, garlic, celery, carrots, and saute till tender.
- Add soup, cheese, and seasonings.
- Thin with milk if necessary.
- Line 9 inch pie plate with pie crust.
- Place aboved mixture in uncooked pie crust.
- Put top crust on and bake for 30 minutes or until crust is browned.
- Cover edges of crust with foil for first 15 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking.
