    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 medium onion
    • 1 clove garlic (minced)
    • 2.3 cup chopped celery
    • 1 lg. carrot (grated)
    • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2 cup romano or parmesan cheese (grated)
    • salt, pepper, and pinch of red pepper
    • 2 prepared pie crust


    Instructions


    1. Brown meat in olive oil.
    2. Add onion, garlic, celery, carrots, and saute till tender.
    3. Add soup, cheese, and seasonings.
    4. Thin with milk if necessary.
    5. Line 9 inch pie plate with pie crust.
    6. Place aboved mixture in uncooked pie crust.
    7. Put top crust on and bake for 30 minutes or until crust is browned.
    8. Cover edges of crust with foil for first 15 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking.
