My mother made this all the time. It is very good!!
List of Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. roast
- carrots
- potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- water
- flour
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Put a little bit of oil in frying pan.
- Flour and pepper the roast on both sides.
- Brown on both sides of the roast.
- Put in large, deep pan. Pour soup over the roast.
- Put in peeled and diced potatoes and carrots.
- Cover with water.
- Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 3 to 4 hours.
