    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups elbow macaroni
    • 1 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 egg
    • 3/4 lb of velveeta cheese
    • pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Cook elbow macaroni and drain. Set aside.
    2. In double broiler, heat milk and whip in the egg.
    3. Put in cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
    4. Add pepper to taste.
    5. Put cooked macaroni in a buttered dish.
    6. Layer with 1/4 to 1/2 lb. of cheese.
    7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
