    Recipe Introduction


    This was one of Denice's grandmother's favorite recipes to make for her family.


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
    • 3 tsp. butter or margarine
    • 1 jar La Choy sweet and sour sauce
    • 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
    • 1 large can sliced peaches (drained)


    Instructions


    1. Brown chicken in 2 Tbsp. butter in skillet.
    2. Line baking pan with foil and spread sliced onions on bottom.
    3. Lay browned chicken breasts over onions.
    4. In bowl, mix sweet and sour sauce, chili sauce, and canned peaches.
    5. Pour over top of chicken.
    6. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
    7. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
    8. Let set for at least 10 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Serve over rice.
