Muffuletta Sandwiches

Recipe Introduction
This was a recipe given to me in a cultural class I took in college.
List of Ingredients
- 1 (10 in.) Muffuletta Bread loaf or french bread
- 2 oz. Genoa salami, thinly sliced
- 1 cup olive salad (recipe found in salad section)
- 2 oz. Italian ham, thinly sliced
- 2 oz. Provolone cheese, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cut bread in half crosswise.
- Pile several layers of salami and ham over bottom layer.
- Add layers of cheese.
- Top with olive salad and top of loaf.
- Press down slightly and cut sandwich into quarters.
- Use wooden picks to secure layers if desired.
Final Comments
Makes 1 to 4 servings, depending on the appetite.
