    Recipe Introduction


    This was a recipe given to me in a cultural class I took in college.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 in.) Muffuletta Bread loaf or french bread
    • 2 oz. Genoa salami, thinly sliced
    • 1 cup olive salad (recipe found in salad section)
    • 2 oz. Italian ham, thinly sliced
    • 2 oz. Provolone cheese, thinly sliced


    Instructions


    1. Cut bread in half crosswise.
    2. Pile several layers of salami and ham over bottom layer.
    3. Add layers of cheese.
    4. Top with olive salad and top of loaf.
    5. Press down slightly and cut sandwich into quarters.
    6. Use wooden picks to secure layers if desired.


    Final Comments


    Makes 1 to 4 servings, depending on the appetite.
