List of Ingredients
- 4 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 tsp. cumin powder
- 4 whole minced garlic cloves
- ground red pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 6 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 cup water
- 3 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic until brown.
- Add seasoning and continue to brown until pink is gone.
- Add tomato sauce and water.
- Stir to mix well.
- Turn burner on low.
- Cover and simmer slowly.
- Stir. Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
