    List of Ingredients


    • 4 lb. lean ground beef
    • 2 tsp. cumin powder
    • 4 whole minced garlic cloves
    • ground red pepper to taste
    • 1 tsp. paprika
    • 6 Tbsp. chili powder
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 3 cup water
    • 3 (8 oz.) tomato sauce


    Instructions


    1. Cook beef and garlic until brown.
    2. Add seasoning and continue to brown until pink is gone.
    3. Add tomato sauce and water.
    4. Stir to mix well.
    5. Turn burner on low.
    6. Cover and simmer slowly.
    7. Stir. Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
