    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 9 medium potatoes
    • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    • 2 cups cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 pt. sour cream (can use 1/2 pt.)
    • 1/3 cup chopped green onions (optional)
    • crushed corn flakes (about 1 1/2 cups)
    • 2 tsp. butter


    Instructions


    1. Cook potatoes until tender. Cool.
    2. Cut up finely.
    3. Heat 1/2 cup butter with soup.
    4. Blend in sour cream, onions, and cheese.
    5. Stir in potatoes.
    6. Place in buttered casserole dish.
    7. Mix cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
    8. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
