List of Ingredients
- 1 tsp. salt
- 9 medium potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream (can use 1/2 pt.)
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- crushed corn flakes (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 tsp. butter
Instructions
- Cook potatoes until tender. Cool.
- Cut up finely.
- Heat 1/2 cup butter with soup.
- Blend in sour cream, onions, and cheese.
- Stir in potatoes.
- Place in buttered casserole dish.
- Mix cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
