Vegetable Casserole

Recipe Introduction
This recipe was given to me by a friend I have in Whitehouse, Tx. It is VERY good!
List of Ingredients
- 1 can french style green beans
- 1 can white shoepeg corn
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- sprinkle of salt and pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- In 8 X 8 casserole dish, drain and layer green beans, corn, and chestnuts.
- Mix together soup, sour cream, onion, and cheese.
- Spread on top of vegetables.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Mix together margarine, crushed crackers, and garlic powder.
- Spread on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
