    This recipe was given to me by a friend I have in Whitehouse, Tx. It is VERY good!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can french style green beans
    • 1 can white shoepeg corn
    • 1 can water chestnuts
    • 1 can cream of celery soup
    • 8 oz. sour cream
    • 1 medium onion (chopped)
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • sprinkle of salt and pepper
    • 1 stick margarine
    • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder


    Instructions


    1. In 8 X 8 casserole dish, drain and layer green beans, corn, and chestnuts.
    2. Mix together soup, sour cream, onion, and cheese.
    3. Spread on top of vegetables.
    4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    5. Mix together margarine, crushed crackers, and garlic powder.
    6. Spread on top.
    7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
