    Deviled Eggs

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 Hard-boiled eggs
    • 1/4 C. mayonaise
    • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
    • Paprika


    Instructions


    1. Cut hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks.

    2. In a small bowl, smash yolks and combine with mayo and mustard.

    3. Arrange egg halves on plate. Fill centers with egg yolk mixture.

    4. Sprinkle lightly with paprika to garnish.



    Final Comments


    For Halloween: Cut eggs in half instead of length-wise. Fill as usual but place upside down on plate covered with plastic wrap. Place a circle of food color on top of whites for pupils. Use a toothpick to draw red veins.
