List of Ingredients
- 6 Hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 C. mayonaise
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- Paprika
Instructions
- Cut hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks.
- In a small bowl, smash yolks and combine with mayo and mustard.
- Arrange egg halves on plate. Fill centers with egg yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle lightly with paprika to garnish.
Final Comments
For Halloween: Cut eggs in half instead of length-wise. Fill as usual but place upside down on plate covered with plastic wrap. Place a circle of food color on top of whites for pupils. Use a toothpick to draw red veins.
