    Pizza Skulls

    Recipe Introduction

I use the Wilton 3-D Mini Skull Pan which makes 4 skulls. Sadly, its no longer seems to be available unless you find one on ebay, etc.

    List of Ingredients

    • No-stick spray
    • 1 Pillsbury Pizza dough
    • Pizza sauce
    • Pepperoni slices
    • Shredded pizza cheese

    Instructions

    1. Spray the inside of your pan.
    2. Cut pizza dough into 4 pieces.
    3. Snuggle them down into the cavities in the pan with enough to come up over the top all around the opening.
    4. Spoon into each: 1 1/2 Tablespoons of sauce, 3 pepperoni slices quartered, and 1/4 C. shredded pizza cheese.
    5. Pinch together the seams. (I've used toothpicks if they won't stay down or you can brush with egg wash.)
    6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    7. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
    8. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes until crust is golden brown. The faces will be much darker so do not overbake.
    9. Carefully turn the mold over onto the counter so the skulls fall out.
    10. They can be refrigerated for up to two days or freeze for up to a month.
    11. Non frozen ones can be reheated at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

    Final Comments

These are a must for Halloween parties along with "Snake" Stromboli.
