Creamy Broccoli Bake

List of Ingredients



• 2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
  
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  
• 1/4 C. milk
  
• 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar
  
• 1 C. Bisquick
  
• 1/4 C. butter
  






Instructions



1. Cook broccoli according to pkg. directions. Drain. Place in ungreased 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
   
   
2. Beat soup and milk until smooth. Pour over broccoli.
   
   
3. Sprinkle with cheese.
   
   
4. Mix baking mix and butter until crumbly. sprinkle over cheese.
   
   
5. Bake at 400 deg. about 20 minutes or until crumbs are light brown.
   
   
6. Makes 6-8 servings.
