    Use the same as you would Bisquick.


    List of Ingredients


    • 10 C. flour
    • 1/3 C. baking powder
    • 1 Tbsp. salt
    • 2 C. shortening


    Instructions


    1. Mix dry ingredients together.
    2. Cut in shortening.
    3. Store in closed container in refrigerator. Will keep for several months.
    4. Do not pack when measuring mix.
    5. For Half Recipe: 5 C. flour, 2 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1 C. shortening.
    6. For a Fourth Recipe: 2 1/2 C. flour, 1 1/4 Tbsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt, and 1/2 C. shortening.
    7. For Eighth Recipe (about 2 Cups): 1 1/4 C. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 3/8 tsp. salt, and 1/4 C. shortening.
