Recipe Introduction
Use the same as you would Bisquick.
List of Ingredients
- 10 C. flour
- 1/3 C. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 C. shortening
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Cut in shortening.
- Store in closed container in refrigerator. Will keep for several months.
- Do not pack when measuring mix.
- For Half Recipe: 5 C. flour, 2 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1 C. shortening.
- For a Fourth Recipe: 2 1/2 C. flour, 1 1/4 Tbsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt, and 1/2 C. shortening.
- For Eighth Recipe (about 2 Cups): 1 1/4 C. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 3/8 tsp. salt, and 1/4 C. shortening.
