List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 C. Bisquick
- 1 C. milk
- 2 eggs
- Sour Cream
- Tomato
- Lettuce
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until brown, drain.
- Stir in dry seasoning mix, tomato sauce, and corn.
- Spoon into greased 13x9 pan, sprinkle with cheese.
- Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until smooth. Pour over beef mixture.
- Bake at 325 deg. for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
- Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato, and shredded lettuce.
