    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 med. onion, chopped
    • 1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
    • 1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
    • 1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
    • 2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 2 C. Bisquick
    • 1 C. milk
    • 2 eggs
    • Sour Cream
    • Tomato
    • Lettuce


    Instructions


    1. Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until brown, drain.
    2. Stir in dry seasoning mix, tomato sauce, and corn.
    3. Spoon into greased 13x9 pan, sprinkle with cheese.
    4. Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until smooth. Pour over beef mixture.
    5. Bake at 325 deg. for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    6. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
    7. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato, and shredded lettuce.
