Quick and easy and the kids love it.
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 3/4 C. elbow macaroni
- 1 (15oz.) can spaghetti sauce
- 1 C. shredded mozzerella
Instructions
- Brown ground beef. Drain.
- Add Italian seasoning. (or substitute with 1/4 tsp. each basil, oregano, thyme and anise)
- Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions. Drain.
- Combine all ingredients except mozzerella in casserole dish. Mix well.
- Cover and microwave until heated through.
- Stir in mozzerella. Cover and microwave until heated through.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
