List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. elbow macaroni
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 C. milk
- 2 C. (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to pkg. directions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour.
- Add milk, cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
- Add Velveeta cheese. Stir till melted
- Mix with macaroni.
- Bake in 1 1/2 qt. casserole at 350 deg. for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
