    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 C. elbow macaroni
    • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    • 2 Tbsp. flour
    • 2 C. milk
    • 2 C. (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed


    Instructions


    1. Cook elbow macaroni according to pkg. directions.
    2. In a saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour.
    3. Add milk, cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
    4. Add Velveeta cheese. Stir till melted
    5. Mix with macaroni.
    6. Bake in 1 1/2 qt. casserole at 350 deg. for 35 to 40 minutes.
    7. Makes 6 servings.
