Recipe Introduction


To make plain peanut butter cookies: Flatten each ball with a fork.





List of Ingredients



• 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  
• 3/4 cup peanut butter
  
• 2 cups Bisquick
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• sugar
  
• Hersheys Kisses
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
   
2. In a large bowl, beat Eagle Brand and peanut butter until smooth.
   
3. Add Bisquick and vanilla, mix well.
   
4. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in sugar.
   
5. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
   
6. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
   
7. Immediately after baking, place Hershey's Kiss in center of each ball. Cool.
   
8. Kisses will be soft so place cookies in the refrigerator to firm them up. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
