    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 C. butter or margarine, softened
    • 2 C. sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 C. flour
    • 3/4 C. cocoa
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 2 C. (12oz. pkg.) Reese's Peanut Butter Chips


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
    2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Blend into creamed mixture.
    3. Stir in chips.
    4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    5. Bake at 350 deg. for 8 to 9 minutes. (Do not overbake; cookies will be soft. They will puff while baking and flatten while cooling.)
    6. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
    7. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
