    Pot Roast with Onion Mushroom Gravy

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (2 - 2 1/2 lb.) rump roast
    • 1 envelope dry mushroom onion soup mix
    • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup


    Instructions


    1. Place roast in a crock pot. Add dry soup mix. Top with mushroom soup and one can of water.

    2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender.

    3. Remove roast to platter for slicing.

    4. Mix 1/4 C. cold water and 4 T. flour and add to liquid to make gravy.

    5. Serves 6.



    Final Comments


    Serve with Homemade Biscuits, Buttered Potatoes, and Glazed Carrots.
