    Chocolate Mayonaise Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 C. flour
    • 1 C. sugar
    • 1/2 C. cocoa
    • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 C. mayonaise
    • 1 C. water
    • 1 tsp. vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Mix together dry ingredients.

    2. Stir in Mayonaise.

    3. Gradually stir in water and vanilla until smooth and blended.

    4. Pour into greased & floured 9 in. square pan. Bake 350 deg. for 40-45 minutes.
