Pat-in-Pan Pie Crust

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/2 C. oil
- 2 T. milk
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a pie plate.
- Make a well in the center. Combine oil and milk and pour into well. Mix well.
- Press dough into bottom and sides of pan.
- For baked pie shell - do not prick; bake at 400 deg. for 12-15 minutes.
Final Comments
Tastes especially good with home-made fruit filling and Crumble Topping.
