    Pat-in-Pan Pie Crust

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 C. flour
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 2 T. sugar
    • 1/2 C. oil
    • 2 T. milk


    Instructions


    1. Mix dry ingredients in a pie plate.

    2. Make a well in the center. Combine oil and milk and pour into well. Mix well.

    3. Press dough into bottom and sides of pan.

    4. For baked pie shell - do not prick; bake at 400 deg. for 12-15 minutes.



    Final Comments


    Tastes especially good with home-made fruit filling and Crumble Topping.
