Pumpkin Cake

- 3 C. Bisquik
- 1 C. granulated sugar
- ! C. brown sugar
- 1/4 C. margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (16oz.) pumpkin
- 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 C. milk
- Glaze (below)
Instructions
- Beat all ingredients on low for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
- Beat on medium for 3 minutes, scraping occasionally.
- Bake in greased & floured Bundt pan 350 deg. for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Cool completely.
- Drizzle with Glaze: 1 C. Powdered sugar, 1 Tbsp. milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Final Comments
I don't buy Pumpkin Pie spice so I use spices & amounts I normally use for pumpkin pie.
