    These are excellent with macaroni & cheese.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can tuna in water, do not drain
    • 1 egg
    • 14 saltines
    • Seasonings


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, crush saltines.
    2. Add undrained tuna and egg.
    3. Season as desired. I use Parmesan cheese, celery seed, onion powder and garlic powder.
    4. Mix well.
    5. Shape into 5 patties.
    6. Fry on a griddle in small amount of hot oil till brown on both sides.


    Final Comments


    I let the mixture sit in the bowl for a few minutes before shaping into patties to allow the saltines to soak up the moisture.
