Tuna Fish Patties

Recipe Introduction
These are excellent with macaroni & cheese.
List of Ingredients
- 1 can tuna in water, do not drain
- 1 egg
- 14 saltines
- Seasonings
Instructions
- In a bowl, crush saltines.
- Add undrained tuna and egg.
- Season as desired. I use Parmesan cheese, celery seed, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Mix well.
- Shape into 5 patties.
- Fry on a griddle in small amount of hot oil till brown on both sides.
Final Comments
I let the mixture sit in the bowl for a few minutes before shaping into patties to allow the saltines to soak up the moisture.
