Baked Pineapple Sauce

Shirley always brought this for Christmas and Easter to go with our ham.
List of Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 1lb. can crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 C. water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- cinnamon
Instructions
- Beat eggs with sugar.
- Add crushed pineapple (not drained).
- Mix cornstarch and water. Add to mixture.
- Grease casserole dish with butter. Pour in pineapple.
- Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake uncovered at 350 deg. for 45 minutes.
