    Shirley always brought this for Christmas and Easter to go with our ham.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 C. sugar
    • 1 1lb. can crushed pineapple
    • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    • 1/4 C. water
    • 1 Tbsp. butter
    • cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs with sugar.
    2. Add crushed pineapple (not drained).
    3. Mix cornstarch and water. Add to mixture.
    4. Grease casserole dish with butter. Pour in pineapple.
    5. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    6. Bake uncovered at 350 deg. for 45 minutes.
