Breaded Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
- 8 Pork chops, 1/2 in. thick
- 1 tsp. crushed basil
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 C. (about) dry bread crumbs
Instructions
- Combine basil, garlic powder and crumbs. Mix well.
- Moisten chops then dip in crumb mixture, coating both sides.
- Place on rack in shallow baking pan covered with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 400 deg. for 40-50 minutes.
- Always cook pork thoroughly.
Final Comments
Can also use cracker crumbs or crushed cereal.
