    This chicken gravy is easy to make. If you don't have chicken broth use 2 chicken boullion cubes and 2 cups of water.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp. Drippings, butter or margarine
    • 4 Tbsp. Flour
    • 2 C. chicken broth
    • 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
    • 1 Tbsp. parsley
    • Salt & Pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Heat drippings in a small saucepan.
    2. Add flour and cook over medium heat, stirring, until golden brown.
    3. Add broth; bring to a boil over high heat.
    4. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
    5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    6. Serve over hot fluffy rice.
    7. Makes about 2 cups.
