Cranberry Orange Nut Bread

List of Ingredients
- 2 C. flour
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 C. coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
- Combine egg, grated orange peel, orange juice, and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
- Fold in cranberries and nuts.
- Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 deg. for 60 minutes or till done.
- Remove from pan. Cool.
- Wrap; store overnight.
Final Comments
One 12 oz. bag of fresh cranberries makes 3 batches.
