Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 1 red pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- chopped onion, to taste
Instructions
- Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Cook according to your preference. Cool.
- Hard boil 6 eggs. Cool. Slice, saving about 7 of the nicest slices for garnish, chop the rest.
- In a large bowl combine potatoes and chopped eggs, red pepper, celery and onion.
- Add Cooked Mayonaise. Mix all together.
- Put in serving dish. Garnish with egg slices. Sprinkle with paprika.
Final Comments
With the cooked mayonaise there's enough cholesterol to kill a horse but we all gotta go sometime. Might as well enjoy it while you're here.
