Recipe Introduction


This was Gary's Grandmother's recipe. His Mom made her Potato Salad with it and so do I.





List of Ingredients



• 6 eggs, well beaten
  
• 2/3 C. sugar
  
• 1/2 C. vinegar
  
• 1/3 C. water
  






Instructions



1. Combine eggs and sugar in saucepan.
   
2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
   
3. Combine vinegar and water. Slowly pour in, a little at a time, stirring until thick.
   
4. Let cool, then refrigerate until ready to use.
   






Final Comments


Read a book while stirring, this takes a while. But its definitely worth the wait.
