    If you don't usually like Brussels sprouts, these make them taste really good. They also don't smell up the house when you cook them, all you smell is bacon.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Qt. bag of small to medium Brussels sprouts
    • 1/2 # of Bacon


    Instructions


    1. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and set aside.
    2. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Fry in a cast iron skillet until crispy. I put the lid on to get more grease.
    3. Remove the bacon to a plate leaving the grease in the pan.
    4. Add the halved Brussels sprouts and stir to coat them.
    5. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat and cook for about 5 minutes.
    6. Return the bacon to the pan and mix in.
    7. Cook, uncovered, until sprouts are golden brown and tender.
