Double Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

List of Ingredients
- 2/3 C mini bittersweet chocolate chips
- 2 C flour
- 1/4 C cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C shredded zucchini
- Glaze:
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 C Powdered sugar
- Milk
- Vanilla
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy - add egg and vanilla, cream again.
- Mix in zucchini.
- Add dry ingredients, mix well by hand.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Put 2 Tbsp (1/8 C) - 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 min @ 325 deg.
- For Glaze: Melt 1 Tbsp. butter. Let cool then add powdered sugar.
- Add drops of milk until smooth. Can also add a few drops of vanilla.
