Impossible Zucchini Pie

List of Ingredients



• 4 eggs
  
• 3 C. chopped or grated zucchini
  
• 1 C. Bisquick
  
• 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
  
• 1/2 C. oil
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 1 tsp. onion powder
  
• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  
• pepper
  






Instructions



1. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
   
   
2. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
   
   
3. Bake @ 350 deg. for 50-55 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
