Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

List of Ingredients



• 2 1/2 cups grated zucchini
  
• 1 egg, beaten
  
• 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  
• 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  
• 1/4 cup minced onion
  
• 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  
• 1/4 cup flour
  
• 1/2 cup oil for frying
  






Instructions



1. In a large bowl, combine zucchini, egg, and butter.
   
2. Stir in seasoned crumbs, onion and seasoning. Mix well
   
3. Shape into patties. Dredge in flour.
   
4. In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
   
5. Fry patties until golden brown.
