Welcome to my kitchen.

Like many people who work long hours, I've never enjoyed the week-day "cook to fill 'em up" routine. I do love to cook something special on weekends and special occasions; so now that my children are, for the most part, out of the house, I've had the opportunity to combine my Internet and cooking hobbies. Many of the recipes I've collected require a little more time, but now when my children and guests eat in my kitchen, it's a pleasant event rather than a chore.
