    1 cup sifted flour
    1/2 tbs. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 well-beaten egg yolk
    1 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup milk
    3 tbs. melted butter
    1 stiff egg white

    Recipe



    Sift together dry ingredients. Combine yolk, sour cream, milk and butter. Add to dry ingredients and beat smooth. Fold in egg white.
