1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking power
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups chipped apples
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup melted butter
Recipe
Mix well oil, almond extract, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Sift flour baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add apples and pecans to liquid mixture. Add flour mixture. pour into 10x14 greased and floured pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Mix remaining ingredients, pour on top of cake and run under broiler until bubbly.
