1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup drained capers, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh chives

Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
