    1/2 cup sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup mashed potatoes
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 tsp. parsley.

    Recipe



    Combine dry ingredients. Add potatoes, egg and parsley. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil.
