Easy Chicken and Dumplings

List of Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 8-10 chicken tenders)
- 1 c. chopped onion (optional)
- 1 c. chopped celery (optional)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (or 1 can family size)
- 2 tbsp. margarine/butter
- 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Instructions
- Place chicken on bottom of crockpot (if using chicken breasts, then you may want to cut into smaller pieces).
- Add onion, celery, soup, and margarine, and then add enough water to cover mixture.
- Cook on high for 6 hours.
- Tear biscuits into quarters and add to mixture. Cook another 30 minutes.
