    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 cup balsamic vinegar
    3 tablespoons fresh rosemary
    1 teaspoon chopped garlic
    8 pork tenderloin filets (approx. 4 oz. each)
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Combine oil, vinegar, and garlic with rosemary. Add pork tenderloins and marinate them at room temperature for 5 minutes on each side. Season filets with salt and pepper and grill them for 4 minutes each side, or until cooked as desired.

    Serves 4.

    Note: When cutting filets from a pork tenderloin, partical freeze pork to make cutting easier.

    Serving Suggestions
    Experiment with fresh herbs from the garden. Sage or thyme work well or a combination of rosemary, sage and thyme together.
