Kabobs---Hawaiian Pork

List of Ingredients
4 pork chops, thick center cut, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 small can pineapple rings, (reserve liquid)
1 tabespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon red peppers, (optional)
16 small new potatoes
1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
1 sweet onion, cut into quaters
8 skewers, (soaked in water)
Basting sauce:
mix pineapple juice, soy sauce and red peppers
Recipe
Prepare grill on medium heat
Place 1 pork chop cube on skewer then pepper,onion, potato, repeat.
Place kabobs over indirect heat. cook 5 minutes on each side. cook another 3 minutes on each side while basting the kabobs.
Serve on plate with drizzle of basting sauce
:serve over a leaf of lettuce
